About the Founder
Hi, I'm Saskia Munn, Founder & CEO of Optima Operations Consulting and a Business Operations Consultant passionate about helping entrepreneurs simplify operations, build efficient business systems, and create businesses that can grow with confidence.
My journey has taken me across continents and industries. I was born in Belgium, spent part of my life in the United Kingdom, and for the past 20 years have proudly called the United States home. Today, my family and I live in a growing community in South Carolina, where we value connection, service, and supporting the success of local businesses and entrepreneurs.
My husband and I have been married for 14 years, and together we're raising three energetic boys who keep life exciting and constantly on the move. Between school events, recreational sports, and competitive club teams, our family calendar is always full. Our Labrador, Floki, and our cat, Chewy, complete the family and bring just as much personality as they do joy.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find us traveling, exploring new places, or cheering from the sidelines of a soccer or baseball field.
Living this season of life has reinforced something I believe deeply: structure creates freedom. Balancing family, business, and everyday responsibilities requires intentional systems, clear priorities, and repeatable processes. The same principles that create stability at home also create sustainable success in business.

As a Business Operations Consultant, I help entrepreneurs and small business owners simplify operations through strategic planning, documented processes, operational systems, and leadership development. My goal is to help business owners reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and build organizations that no longer rely on one person to keep everything running.
